Bill Bence is the Senior Vice President of LTL at Warp, where he plays a central role in building one of the fastest-growing Less-than-Truckload networks in the country. With extensive industry experience, Bill has helped shape Warp’s vision of terminal-free, tech-enabled LTL, ensuring the network delivers not only innovation but also tangible value for customers. Working closely with Chris Reeves, he has been instrumental in scaling Warp’s operations and driving its 3,400 percent LTL growth.

Contributions

Bill has led the rollout of more than 500 digitally connected lanes, giving shippers a modern alternative to outdated, terminal-based carriers. His focus on damage reduction, on-time performance, and visibility has ensured Warp’s LTL offering consistently outperforms traditional providers. By translating innovations like Lane Blitz into real customer benefits, he has helped strengthen reliability and consistency across the network.

Achievements

Under Bill’s leadership, Warp’s LTL operations have grown dramatically, with shipments increasing 132 percent from 30,912 in 2023 to 71,828 in 2024. Revenue also surged from $21 million in 2024 to a projected $45 million in 2025. These results reflect his ability to align operational excellence with commercial success, fueling Warp’s rapid expansion and solidifying its position as a leader in modern LTL logistics.
